When a pipe breaks in a commercial building, the repair bill is rarely the biggest number. The days you cannot open are. Kiser Construction works on commercial losses across the Twin Cities north metro. We plan the job around keeping you open.

We have been a licensed Minnesota contractor since 2003. Our license is BC416441. Our crews are IICRC certified.

What we handle

Working around your hours

Most commercial work does not have to happen between 9 and 5. We move demolition and loud work to evenings and weekends where the building allows it. We also phase the job. You keep part of the space open while we work in the rest.

In multi-tenant buildings we work directly with your property manager. Each tenant gets a schedule they can plan around. Managing apartments or duplexes? Read our guide to water damage in Minneapolis rentals.

Who we work with

We work with property managers, building owners, tenants, and business owners. Our area covers Anoka, Hennepin, Sherburne, and Wright counties, and the full list is on our areas we serve page. Jobs run from one suite to a whole building.

Insurance and documentation

Commercial claims need more paper than residential ones. We photograph the loss. We log moisture readings daily where drying is involved. Then we write a scope your adjuster and your accountant can both follow.

We document. We do not interpret your policy and we do not adjust your claim. Minnesota law reserves that work for licensed public adjusters.

Terms

Damage inspections are free. We work on 50/50 payment terms, and every job carries a one year warranty from the completion date.
