Course Descriptions

Claims Case Studies MN Course # 1032528

An insurance claim always involves someone incurring damage of some sort. Frustration occurs when the damaged party was not at fault. Agents can add real value for their customer by helping set expectations and informal timelines, so the client is not caught off guard as the process works it way through. This course will allow agents to look behind what happens during a claim and give ideas agents can use to simplify concepts for the consumer.

Homeowners Insurance What is Changing MN Course # 1036742

Where to begin. Claims, underwriting, premiums, and communication, all are experiencing profound changes. Some are here to stay, others are just a market reaction to current situations.  This course is designed to give agents analogies and examples that can be used to simplify some of the things insurance consumers are going through. These are times where an agent has such an advantage over the 1-800 type of carriers out there. We as insurance professionals just need to take advantage of the interest insurance consumers have in the coverage they own.
